Deletion
Delete your account.
Deletion is permanent and immediate. It erases the account itself, not just access to it: no reserved nickname is left behind, and no line on the leaderboard.
From the game, in two taps
This is the shortest path, and the only one that needs no verification: tap the gear icon at the top of the Solo or Duels screen (Menu & settings), then Your account, then Delete my account, at the very bottom of the screen. You will be asked to confirm twice — the second time because there is no way back.
Without the game, by e-mail
If you have uninstalled the app or changed phones, write to contact@rivalock.com from your account e-mail address, or state your nickname. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply. If your account has no address with us — it is optional, and Google or Apple may not pass one on — your nickname is enough.
What is erased
- The account: nickname, e-mail address, Google or Apple identifiers, notification token.
- All saved progress: finished rooms, stars, coins, daily streak, achievements, avatars, recorded purchases.
- Take-turns challenges, ranking, friend list, head-to-heads, reports and blocks. Duels already played still count for your opponent, but nothing in them identifies you any more.
- Friendships, both ways: you also disappear from other players’ friend lists.
What remains, and why
Nothing that identifies you. Your progress is saved with your account on our servers, and it is erased with it. From the game, deletion also erases the copy on this phone; by email, the copy on a phone you kept disappears when you uninstall. Purchases made through Apple or Google belong to their own records, not ours — a refund is requested from the store.
Your subscription, if one is running
Deleting your account does not cancel a Season pass subscription. No app is allowed to do that: cancellation happens in your Apple account subscriptions or in those of Google Play. Do it first, otherwise billing continues.
