Yes. The download is free, with thirty escape rooms, duels, the arena, the daily puzzle and Survival. Ten more rooms can be bought once and for all, in the expansion. Everything else is optional: coins, and the Season pass subscription.

On iPhone and iPad, with iOS 16.4 or later: the game is on the App Store. On Android (Android 7 and up): it is on Google Play.

Yes: the practice room is playable here, in your browser and with no account. It’s the same one as in the app, with its step-by-step guide. Today’s puzzle can be played on the site too.

The rooms, yes: once your account is set up, they play on the underground, on a plane, anywhere. The daily puzzle too — your time joins your friends’ leaderboard as soon as you are back online. Duels, the arena and Survival are played online.

French, English and Spanish. The game uses your phone’s language, and you can change it at any time in Menu & settings.

At midnight, your phone’s time. It is the same puzzle for everyone that day, and you can play it right here, with nothing to install.

Tap the light bulb: every room has three hints, from the subtlest to the answer, each for a short video. If they are not enough, one last video solves the puzzle or moves the room on by one step — no room ever locks you in. The three stars, though, are only won without hints.

Because your progress belongs to it: rooms, stars, coins, avatars and purchases follow you if you change phones or reinstall the game. You create it once, after the trial room, with a username and a password, your Google account or your Apple ID. An email address is optional.

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?” and enter your account’s email address: you will get a six-digit code to choose a new one. Signed up with Google or Apple? There is no password: sign in again with the same button. Without an email address on the account, however, a forgotten password cannot be recovered.

No. Install the game on the new phone and sign in with the same account: everything comes back. For the expansion and the subscription, then tap “Restore purchases” in Menu & settings.

In the game: Menu & settings, then Your account, then Delete my account. Without the game, by email. Both ways are explained on the deletion page.

Add them by their username, then choose. Live: the same puzzle at the same second, over three or five rounds. Turn by turn: you play now, and they have seven days to play the same puzzles. They don’t have the game yet? Challenge them here, on three puzzles.

You create an arena and share its code: three to six players hunt the same puzzle, and the first to two points wins. A mistake costs nothing — it only locks your keypad for the round. Whoever starts the game spends one magnifier; everyone else gets in free.

It is your ticket to a ranked duel, to an arena you start, and to a game of Survival beyond the free one each day. You get two a day; one more costs a short video, some coins or a pack. Challenges between friends and training are free.

Every ranked duel you win moves you up, every loss moves you down: +3 / −1 on Easy, +5 / −2 on Normal, +10 / −4 on Expert. Until you reach fifty points, a loss costs nothing. And every Monday the week closes: 600 coins for first place, 300 for the next two, 150 down to tenth place, and 50 for everyone who played.

Only the ones you choose to watch, in exchange for a reward: a hint, a magnifier, some coins. None ever cuts into a puzzle, and none appears between two rooms.

Every month, a track of thirty tiers fills up as you play, and its free lane is open to everyone. The Season pass subscription, monthly or yearly, opens the other lane — including the tiers you have already reached — and adds hints without ads, plus one magnifier and thirty coins a day. You can cancel at any time, and you keep your benefits until the end of the period you paid for.

Open Menu & settings and tap “Restore purchases”. If nothing comes back, write to us with your username. A refund, however, is requested from the App Store or Google Play, which took the payment.

In duels, the daily puzzle and Survival, tap the little flag on the puzzle and say what is wrong: a wrong answer, more than one answer, unclear wording, too hard, too easy or a language mistake. Every report reaches us.

Open their profile and tap “Block this player”: you are no longer friends, they can no longer invite you, challenge you or add you, and you see nothing from them. You can unblock them in Menu & settings.
